What's included in the setup fee?
Everything required to go live: AI configuration, document ingestion, portal setup, role-based access, sign-in integration, and two weeks of onboarding support. You'll have a working system your clients and contractors can use from day one.
What's the difference between online and offline deployment?
Online ($1,000 setup): we host everything and your clients get answers in 5 seconds or less. Offline ($2,500 setup): the entire system — documents, database, and AI — runs on your own computer and never touches the cloud, with answers in one minute or less. Offline is built for firms with data-residency, government, or compliance requirements.
What's the difference between Managed and On-Call?
Managed ($250/month) is a retainer — we handle ongoing updates, monitoring, and support proactively. On-Call ($150/hr) is pay-as-you-go for teams that only need occasional changes. Most active projects benefit from Managed; smaller or completed projects often switch to On-Call.
Can I add more projects later?
Yes. Each project is set up separately. Multi-project discounts are available — contact us to discuss.
How long does setup take?
Most projects go live within 3–5 business days of receiving your documents and project information.
What documents do I need to provide?
Any PDFs work — contracts, specs, schedules, change orders, material selections, site plans. The more you provide, the more accurate the AI becomes. You can start with what you have and add more over time.
